Pilates

Pilates is the ultimate mind and body workout. It focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. It was created by German-born Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s. Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. It is a gentle low impact form of exercise and can help you get back to fitness after an injury.

Children's Ballet Parties
