Pilates Classes

Pilates is the ultimate mind and body workout. It's focus is to retrain your posture by improving your strength, flexibility and relaxation. Pilates works the whole body from the inside out by strengthening your core muscles.

During the class you will learn a range of low impact exercises that will improve your flexibility and strength, creating a longer, leaner, rebalanced body. You work at a pace to suit your own ability and the results will be long lasting. All group matwork classes have a maximum of 12 participants.

Pilates Pilates is suitable for all individual's, men, women and children of all ages and levels of fitness. Pilates offers the following benefits;
